Guys,

I have applied I-130 for my wife on December 7th, so we are also December filers.

I am little bit impatient now a days, since its approx. 2 months and still we haven't been "touched" or received NOA2.

Here's hoping for everyone who filed in December, that this separation is short-lived.

Cheers,

Jinal & Mital

Hi Guys,

We would like to know how you can tell that they are working on Oct. and Nov. right now? Is there a place we can check for that information? We're December filers, and information will give us patience for a few minutes at least!

Hi there -- I am new here and added my name to the list for AOS - December filing but as we also filed for the CR1(I-130) spouse I feel I should add our file to this list as well.

We were pleased that in a matter of weeks over Christmas we received the NOA's for both apps and a letter for biometrics appointment in early Jan. At this time we are only three weeks away from I-485 - AOS interview YET the CR1 has not been approved nor has there been any update according to the online status report at USCIS.

Trying to stay positive that all will go well at the interview.

Mine should be sent off on Monday Dec 14 (I'll be sending by priority USPS so takes 2days to Chicago), I prob have 300 pages of evidence  phone records, emails, skype chats, gmail chats, emails between him and my parents and siblings, and pictures (think I'll leave this at 20), plus 2 notarized letters from my mom and my sister, stamps of my entries to Ireland, flight itineraries printouts.

I'm praying that his is all done by the end of July 2010

Let the fun times begin!

I'm the USC. It could be 5mths, the longest wait time is waiting for I-130 approval. It appears we'll get ours sometime in March. the NVC step is quicker, and we've all the stuff together, so he could have interview by May or June. some on here have done theirs in 4-5mths, others have tvken as much as 10mths and longer, cant really say.

The boards really do help. In regards to traveling to the states during the process, it all depends on the officer at the airport/POE. Bring enough evidence to show ur ties to back home. I wouldnt though just becos of the risk of denying entry.

Canadiandggal has given us all hope in dec!!! Congrats!!
