"C. If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse." My question is, if I have already placed a '1' for my spouse (under K1 Visa) and we have married since her arrival do I also place a '1' in answer c? :wacko:

Need to restate for avoiding confusion :P

Form I-864, Part 5, number 21 a., (In regard to persons I am sponsoring, namely my wife that arrived under a k-1 visa) "Enter the number you entered on line 10."; which would be 1. Then in c., it ask, "If you are currently married, enter "1" for your spouse." At the top ist states, "Do not count anyone twice." :huh:

What's the answer I'm to place in 'c'?

Just as it says, don't count anyone twice.

In bold letters prior to lines 21b - g it says: Persons NOT sponsored in this affidavit. If the person being sponsored is your spouse then they are already counted in line 21a.
