My fiance has already had the TB test (negative) done at the local health department, and we are about to take our paperwork in for the vaccination supplement to be transcribed. I am wondering if the CS will also transcribe the TB test for us. I do not see a place for that on the vaccination supplement, only on the full medical part. Of course we can photocopy his report from the health department, but I want to be sure that USCIS does not give us any problem with not having it included in the sealed envelope. Anyone with experience or suggestions for us? He did do the chest x-ray, which was clear, when he had the medical for the K1 visa. Thanks for your help!

When we [fiancee] processed all her medical including vaccinations, x rates, etc She took everything to the doctor who translated the vaccination card for her and gave her a copy. All that will be sealed in a envelop of course. When you visit the doctor who will seal the medical package, ask him to provide you a translated vaccination card. Not sure if is part of their responsibility but my fiancee's doctor did it without any trouble or additional charge

I'd still try Dr. Arnold in Texas if you have problems getting a reasonable CS in your area.

Last I heard he was still doing the trip for $30 .

Someone recently reported they had problems with using him from a IO at their interview.

I don't know what the trip for using him is now.
