03/01/2010 -- Walk in biometrics at ASC Varick Street , called FBI customer service and they confirmed BIOMETRICS okay this time and has been forwarded to INS

Not too many approvals in December , only 2 for VSC

There have been several approvals in November, and there are still some waiting their approvals so I wouldn't worry about the number of December approvals just yet.

However, soon, they should be done with November and start with December...

Hopefully but probably they are processing december as well , like my case , they must have picked up my file and saw that the first fingerprints were not proper and they scheduled another one , I was so relieved to hear that the second prints were readable when I called the FBI customer service today

I forgot to put the NOA date now I am giving mine NOA date . If someone edit my information I would appreciate . I did not hear anything till now not even touch also . Last touch was the same.

I called and after a while she told me my prints were cleared and sent back to USCIS the same day....which made me wonder why I had no updates since Dec 10th.....

She said that my case went to name check. All she asked was my full name and the date of the Biometrics.

I asked for a number for that agency and she gave it to me - 202 324 2399

I called that number and was informed that no enquiries are entertained via email, fax, phone. I have to visit the website www.fbi.gov. Go to the Services link.

Did all that..waste of time.

So now im going to that site to see who the heck is holding up my papers!!!

I did not know that they have a name check for ROC , try an Infopass may be to get some more information ? yes it is true that they do not entertain name check inquiries anymore over the phone or email
