after reading the next steps after visa is approved it looks like there is about 2,000 more in fees for each step and every form that is filed?

i know the very next step after visa is apprived is 1,010

and then i read 454 and a 380?

is all these fees correct?

just want to know what to expect and how much i need to have ready to go right after the wedding

i guess no honymoon in 10 it will all go to the gov't

:bonk:

like i do not pay enough in gov't fees and taxes :bonk:

I don't know where you are getting the numbers. The AOS fee, after you are married and file for AOS is $1010.00 That is correct. There is no $454 or $380 though.

For the visa you will pay $131 and $125 for the medical exam in Kiev.

So its 1,010 for AOS (that's all inclusive) + fees to transfer your vaccination record.

Then removal of conditions in two years will be 545 + 80 .

By the time you remove conditions the cost may be higher.

Correct about removal of conditions. That will be two years after you get the initial green card. Have your fiancee gather her vaccination records and bring them to the medical exam. They will transcribe them to a DS-3025 for free (YES, for FREE) and if she has had all her vaccinations (the Soviets were pretty good about this, if she is old enough to have grown up in the Soviet Union). It is all we needed for the AOS.
