It does so get cold here. I had to close the windows last night it was so cold. Tonight I might actually have to light the heater and sleep under the blankets. Supposed to get under 70 today

ok you can have some soup at night ONLY :)

I've always really liked cold weather. I've been on snowboarding trips where it got down to -30 and it was fine. But that was on the west coast (BC/Alaska). Last winter when I was in Southern Ontario, CA, it was like -3, but 100% humidity. I was so much colder. My joints hurt. Every time Mel talks about moving back to Canada after her 10 year GC, I remember how much that hurt and how much I dislike shoveling my walkway.

awwww poor baby (F)

jk I have a love/hate thing going with the cold. I like the feeling of walking out into the cold all bundled up and breathing in cool air, but I hate actually being cold. I don't know ####### it is, but if my feet get cold my right foot hurts like hell

I'll never forget the time Neil insisted it was a really short walk back to our house in England. I was really sick and didn't even have on a heavy coat cos we took a taxi to where we were going and I didn't want to ####### around with carrying my big coat around the museum. After a 2 mile walk up a really really steep hill in the freezing cold I flipped out and told him we were getting a taxi. I am reminded of it often

I was just trying to think of things we were told. My friend's parents told him not to laugh at fat people because they would pop

That reminds me of the time my son Joe asked a fat lady in the store if she had a baby in her belly.

the lady who does my hair told me she went to pick up her son from school and she had on a shirt kinda like this one

c-c-california.jpg

she said this girl walked by her and said "are you pregnant?" she replied "ugh no!" and the little girl said "looks like it" and kept walking  hair lady said she effing hates those kind of shirts now and refuses to wear one ever again

OMFG  I love that boy!!!

You would love even more the time when we were in the grocery store and they saw a guy with an eyepatch and a beard and started screaming "mom it's a pirate!!" I tried to rush to another aisle but before I could they asked him where they could find the treasure and if he knew Captain Jack.

What can I say? They liked Pirates of the Caribbean.

Those two are a riot.

Hola.

Hey Nagi. How'd your appointment go?

Amby ~ I always wear those flowy shirts because I have this kangaroo pouch thing that won't go away since I had my first c-section (I think after this baby I will invest in a tummy tuck), so they actually make me look skinnier. No one ever asked me if I was pregnant. They still can't tell I'm pregnant actually. Must be the shape of that ladies body. Sometimes those shirts can actually make you look preggo if you have a bit of a top belly thing goin on already.
