I read that. Im thinking about popping in if y'all don't mind.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I hope I can stay awake that long, and if I do I will pop in . :)

About what time do you think you will start?

i will call him and wake up at 7:30pm. he will leave after his shower and everything, so probably around 8:30pm. but his interview is supposed to be around 10pm. if i am home i will probably sign in about 9/9:30. wow, soon, we can be in the same time zone, and i won't have to count this up in my head

thank you. i can't help but to be excited, even through nervousness :D i believe if they actually have everything that was in our original i130 submission, they shouldn't even have to ask him more than a few questions. of course, he knows everything about me and my family. i have 4 sisters, 3 of them are married, and a different 3 have kids. he can tell you everyone's names, their children, who they are married to. what each of them do for a living.

i told him if he doesn't know the basic questions that i see some people get asked, like what his is wife's name, and where does she work? then we need to get a divorce  especially because we met while working for the same company. which he has since then left. but am still with them.

It's gonna turn out good because both have done your homework and left no stone unturned...besides....who's report do you believe??

I remember how I was during our first and second interview. Thought I was going to jump out of my skin. And I never told anyone here on VJ. Felt it was better to suffer in silence.

was your second interview because of an initial denial like ours? or was it a second interview for more information?

The first interview results were AP. Then 4 months later a home visit. Then almost 6 months later they asked my husband ( then fiance) to come in for a second interview. All they wanted to see was my last month's phone bill and they asked for his passport. Less than a week later he had the visa. We also had 2 interviews for the AOS.

wow, 10 months from the initial interview. see it is times like those, when they drag their fee that i wish we would have gotten married in 2007, then he could be getting his ir1 visa. i am glad it all worked out for you in the end. as the mister says, God has a reason for everything.
