the sponsor will be my husband dad and we live with him in this same place so is it I864A? and how we should count our household. we live in my husband parents house - so his parents and we?

Your husband is the primary sponsor, he fills out the I-864, then your father in law will also fill out an I-864 as the joint-sponsor.

Does your father in law claim his son and you on his taxes? Your household sizes are separate. Your husband's household size is himself+you+any children that he supports.

Your father in law's household size is himself+wife+minor children claimed he's supporting+you
