Sorry, I have not updated my timeline, because I am not sure how anymore? My husband was approved his EAD and AP at the end of August after his mom was diagnosed with cancer. She died a few days after our visit, so we have been waiting for the approval for AOS, which was transferred to CSC in early September. On November 23, we received our 3rd (!) RFE. The only thing I can think of is that it will be for his medical. He had his medical for K-1 in September of 08, but now that it has been more than a year, maybe he needs a new one? I am so stressed by the whole process! What do you all think?

I just saw the online status change, which does not give a reason. I will probably receive the letter in the mail in a few days telling me what the issue is.
