Hi,

My fiance has her interview on the 20th in Moscow.

Her son is four years old. He goes to daycare and gets sick frequently.

We had to reschedule her original interview because he was sick and she

is afraid to take him on the train to Moscow.

Now he is sick again and won't be going to the interview.

What are our options if she is approved.

Would we need to file for a different visa for him?

I know that you must wait two years before filing another K-1.

Would that apply to a K-2?

P.S. His health is fine until he goes to daycare.

Sincerely,

Ed

Confused.. you didnt file a visa for him with your petition for your fiance? Why not?

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

Sounds like this child needs to stop going to daycare, or needs to go to a different one.

It's affecting his health. It could be something in the building.

You can do a K-2 to follow within one year of her visa issuance. No petition to file, I would try now for another interiew date and see if you can get him his visa in a few weeks and they can come together.
