The realtors are calling it a townhouse, which usually means its a multi-story dwelling with no other dwellings below or above it. Usually.

Here's the link on realtor.com. Looks like they've bumped the price down.

Yeah I imagine that it was designed for ADA accessibility. Perhaps they are geared toward the retired etc.
