Sorry if this info is somewhere else. I am a new member. My confusion is this, Do I not or can I send my tax returns, bank statements and any other financials along with my I-129F? At what point does the I-134 gets sent? Thanks for your help...

Absolutely critical to your "do it yourself" eventual success is that you read all guides here carefully and all form instructions. This specific question indicates you either have not done those things yet or need to study them again. Your fiance takes the I-134 to the interview, so it comes later.
