It depends on exactly which Kraft Cheese you are talking about.

Also, understand that there is Cheese and "Processed Cheese Food" which has a completely different texture & taste.

If you're talking about the Real Cheese (the yellow/orange sliced we put on burgers & sandwiches) then it is "American Cheese", seriously that's what it's called.

If you want the "Processed Cheese Food" then Velveeta is the way to go.

Creamy cheese like we used in the Philippines for puto with cheese. Maybe it's processed, I will try this Velveeta.

Thank you all.

In Italy, they call "kraft" the philadelphia cream cheese... If it is white and creamy, it is cream cheese... The slices are American Cheese (also know in some countries as kraft) and Velveeta is the processed cheese food that comes in a big block and is orange...

Food topics!

Yellow soft cheesy stuff in a box and not in the fridge - its just like Velveeta by Kraft. The Philippine Eden cheese is white soft cheesy stuff in a box - its kinda-like American white cheese that's in the fridge. All Velveeta, American white, and American yellow cheese are processed cheese products. Real cheese - maybe try some Gouda - you'll lova da Gouda!

Puto with cheese? Watch where in the US you say that - in Spanish puto is a gay! Try puto with Velveeta - its faaabulous!
