Filing the CR-1 Petition

Good day fellow Vj's, am just curious here now since i am sending the petition for my wife and my two step daughters. Will i use 3 separate envelope of them three? and will i send this 3 applications in one time?

One envelope but include a separate cover letter & payment check for each petition. I would also recommend using paper clips to keep the packages from getting scrambled.

Yes, send the CR1 and CR2 petitions in the same envelope at the same time. Even though you file separate petitions, when you send them together they nearly always get processed together.

Yes file them together. I read to put a coversheet on each application. You wouldnt want to get the petitions separated in the mail.

Sorry, i forgot to ask, with the G325A, i will have 4 COPIES of the 1st page and only ONE copy on the second page, am i right here?

About sending the envelope to the USCIS, will i still put my address at the upper left hand of the envelope? or just the USCIS address itself?

Yes, include your return address on the envelope... Quadruple check everything then send by USPS Certified Return Receipt.

I wouldn't include copies of the G-325A instructions (page 2). Good Luck!
