Hello all, and good evening.

Happy Birthday to Rhonda.

Welcome to Sonshyne.

Have a great upcoming wedding, Kelly and Craig.

And congrats to all with upcoming weddings, upcoming interviews, steps forward in the this process, and to any and all I have missed.

And to Jax, so sorry about your Uncle. :(

Well, its THAT time of year again....I killed a huge wolf spider downstairs that scared the dickens out of me. My sis went to Walmart to buy some spider killer to spray around the house, and asked the associate where the insecticides were, that she needed them to kill Wolf spiders. She said the gal she asked was from another country, and looked absolutely stricken and told her wolf spiders ARE GOOD, and why in the world would you want to KILL one, and told her this story about how she had had two at her former house and they were just like people and on an on. My sis felt so bad by the end of all this, that she ALMOST didnt buy the inseciticide.:lol:

Than she called me on the cell phone to see if we needed anything else and was so scattered she said, "well I asked about the spermicide...ughh...OOPs, good thing I didnt ask for THAT when I was talking bout killin spiders".... we were laughing so hard!

Have a good eve all.

I do not know anything about "my portfolio" but I can tell you how I checked.......on the right side of the site, click on "case status and processing"......then on the left side click on "case status search". You can then enter you receipt number which begins with the letters "WAC" since you filed in California.

Once you get in it might say "my portfolio" but I am not too sure...it has been a while.....It will tell you the last update date...this would be considered a "touch".......usually it is updated with a different date when they cash your check......then the waiting begins....your update date usually does not change for a few months.....it is agonizing to check it each day because you want that darn date to change.....trust us...most of of have gone through it before so my recommendation is not to think too much about checking your site for a few weeks and keep busy gathering all of the required docs...(believe me...this will keep ya busy and help ease your mind) Then....post on this site because the support will help you a lot and keep you sane when you just want to scream........before you know it....your interview will be around the corner and you will be walking down the isle.... Good luck!!!

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) has again recommended that the Government shut down Air Jamaica and consider closing the sugar industry in favour of tourism-drive agriculture, as part of efforts to ease the strain on the national budget from loss-making state enterprises.

Hopefully they won't do that. That would be horrible for Jamaicas econmy. And sugar the 2 big things down there. All airlines are lossing money now of days. I have taken United, Trans Merdian, Delta, At&T, and Ryan Air. Air Jamaica has the same flight everyday and is so reliable. I want to use AJ for a 3 day trip during the week I have Clombus day off. Just wondering if I can afford 385 airfare and Dwain will probably say don't waste your money. I want to go so bad ah and it will only be a month since I have been home by tomorrow.:clock:
