I got a text today saying my case has been updated!!!!! Whoo hoo at least now its being reviewed! VSC received my petition August. 25th so hopefully I'll get an approval soon!!!! I've been sending positive energy vibes and thinking to VSC to give Alessandro and I an approval.

So I checked my email and they are sending an RFE!!!!!!! Boo hoo!!! I won't let it stop me! Whatever they want I will send so I can get this through! I'm a little sad though!

Don't get too discouraged by an RFE. We got one and all they wanted was for us to send them new G-325's with original signatures on them. We had sent photocopies.

We sent the replacement forms back and got approved very shortly after that. They send you detailed information on what they need and how to send it back to them, so don't panic.

Good luck for a speedy approval after you send back the info they want.
