what is I-94's? i cant get my state ID bcoz they looking for my I-94 and i dont have that....... where i can get that form?

Your I-94 should be stapled in your passport. You got it at your POE. It was the form you filled out for the guard when all your visa papers were stamped.

they didnt give back to me they put in with my yellow envelop that needs to present in POE

the i-94 is filled out on the airplane and given at the poe to the cbp officer. he should have returned that along with your passport. have you checked inside your passport for the i-94?

The officer at your POE is supposed to staple the I-94 to your passport.

As you stood in line at your POE after you got off the plane, you should have been filling up a form. Maybe you even got it while you were still on the plane. Its been so long I forget just where its given out.

I think My Shirr got hers from a stack at the desk of the POE officer...

i did. this is not my first time to travel so im confuse. when i enter in immigration he asked for it and the yellow envelop thing he back me with stamp saying processed and he b ack me yellow envelop . he said give it to guard standing in line 1. so i give it to him with that 194and stamp with envelop . and then thats all ..

You can request a new one using the 1-102 I guess...

well ive heard for CR1 they will get it from u, since you dont need it once you have ur gc anyways... cant confirm if thats true or not... anyways how long have u been here??? and do you have your GC already??? if not, perhaps its better to wait for it and then it will be easier for you to apply for DL or state ID... i wish u luck!!! this is just my opinion btw!!!

You shouldnt need the I-94. the stamp in your passport should be good enough. They would have needed the I-94 for your green card.

16 March 2012 Sent I-751 package from Aviano AB, Italy.

29 March 2012 Received everything back...wrong fee. thought we didn't have to pay biometrics since we were sending fingerprint cards and passport photos.

30 March 2012 Sent everything out again from Aviano AB, Italy.

10 April 2012 Check cashed

17 April 2012 Received NOA1 dated 6 April.

06 Dec 2012 Received 10 yr green card. Letter said it was approved 28 November 2012.
