I have read the documents/threads and just want to confirm that I am right.

My wife entered US on 09/25/2009 and received her GC about 10 days later. We applied for her SSN and should be here in the next 3-4 days. As far as I know, we are done for now until 90 days before her CR-1 GC expires, right? We won't have to do anything until then. Then, within 90 days of her CR-1 expiration, we apply to remove her conditions. Please let me know if I have this correct. Thank you in advance.

You are correct.

However, you need to file AR-11 for beneficiary's address change and I-865 for sponsor's address change if you ever move to some other places.

If she changes her address during this period , then she will have to file AR-11 . other than that, nothing needs to be done. its good to hear that she already has recieved her GC.
