You'll be happy to know the information you're seeking is in the instructions of the I-129F (page 5 "What is the filing fee?" section). I know you've already got the answer - but just in case anyone else is curious.. :thumbs:

I made mine out to USCIS and then worried about a RFE for a week!! Department of Homeland Security is correct! Though they cashed mine no issues! :thumbs:

Lucky for you... often this gets the package rejected.

Instructions are clear:

2. Make the check or money order payable to U.S. Department of Homeland Security,

NOTE: Please spell out U.S. Department of Homeland Security; do not use the initials "USDHS" or "DHS."
