Is there anyone can help? We been doing all that for a 2 years already. First it was K-1 visa but then we got married in uzbekistan and at the embassy in Tashkent they told to my husband to go back to US and start to K-3 (when they just could attach marrige certificate to K-1 to make it K-3). So we started, now after almost 2 years we get I-130 and I-129f approved at one same day, and we dont know what to do. It seems that we will wait again alot. Can anyone help us?

Go for IR1/CR1. K3 is practically obsolete. Don't deal with USCIS more than you absolutely have to.

I'm sorry, I don't understand. Why did you get married if you'd already filed a K1 (fiancee visa)? Why didn't you wait for an approval before you tied the knot?

Sorry that you had to wait so long! If you have been married for 2+ years then file for the IR1, otherwise file for the CR1. In both these cases, the I129F isn't needed. Now, pursue the I130 with NVC. good luck!

Well it is hard to explane why we got married if we aplied for K-1. I will say only one thing IT JUST HAPPANED LIKE SNOW IN JUNE. We were so in love and we wanted to be together always, and of course "Official" Mike wanted me to be his. We wasnt thinking with our brains at that moment when we decided to get marry.

Oh. Okay. Well, what's done is done. Have you been living apart (one spouse in USA) or together in Uzbekistan? If you've been married for more than 2 years, file for IR1. Your I30 is approved, right? So optimistically, you could be done in 3 more months. Optimistically. Read through the guides. Ask questions. Have all your documents ready together, ASAP. Move now.

My husband living in USA and oficial we married in December 30 2008, so it will be 1 year anniversary soon. I guess we need CR-1 then. I-130 is aproved but we didnt get NOA yet. I got email from USCIS saying that it approved and NOA sent to us. Where can i fined the guides?
