I called USCIS to find out what i needed to submit for K3 and was told I-129f, NOA1 from I-130 and my marriage certificate is this true ??? what did you submit???

you can submit the I-129f now but since you are already two months in to the I-130 it is unlikely the I-129f will be approved before the I-130. If the I-130 finishes first then the I-129f will not be approved and you simply proceed with the immigrant visa

Don't submit for the K3. Go all the way with the I-130 solo. K3s are obsolete at this time.
