Hello fellow VJers.

I was wondering if anyone would know where I can download the old version of the I-134? I can only find the new version, which doesn't need to be notarized. I received the old version in the P3 from the embassy, so I sent them an e-mail to ask them if they would also accept the new form, but they insist on having it notarized.

It's a lot easier, and quicker, if we can download the old form somewhere, fill it out and print it rather than me mailing my fiancè the old version that I received snail mail style. Would be very happy if someone had an idea of where I can get the old form!

I suppose a few consulates out there do this. You do not need the old form. The notary can be in any corner or margin near your signature, just have the stamp applied and have the notary write in their information where they can. Pre-printed notary spaces are a convenience item only.

If you are squeemish about that, google "I-134". my guess is some old version of the I-134 will pop up in the first page or two of responses and you can print it.

Strangely enough, you can download the old I-134 from the USCIS website.

http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-134.pdf takes you to the current version - but http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/i-134.pdf leads to the old one with the notary certificate.

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)

Form field input font changed to allow entry of dates in the specified format and to provide more space for addresses and employment history. This is the 6/12/09 version of the form; the current version is 8/8/11, but previous versions are accepted per the USCIS forms page.
