Not sure about GZU specifially, however, I would send in the package now and on your cover sheet, I would explain that you recently accepted this better position.. If it generates the RFE, you can send the stubs to them then... And just be prepared to show your paystubs then, or at the interview... Make sure you turn in past income (provideing it was enough) to establish a history as well as the current employment letter... Good luck

The paystubs are NOT required , onliy listed as optional.

The employment letter for the new gig, and the prior 3 years of returns, should be sufficient.

Did you file electronically, at NVC, by any chance? I wrote up some how-to stuff over at http://www.visajourney.com/wiki/index.php/...onic_Processing ... I don't suggest switching over, if yer still running paper/postal, though...

If you are paper filing, then is projection / assumption (on my part ) that she'll interview sometime next year. If that's the case, you can ALWAYS prepare a new I-864 set to be presented on Interview Day (In fact, I suggest you do that )

If you don't have tax returns, tax transcripts from the IRS are sufficient. If ya get the transcripts, I recommend that they are FAXED - nothing beats a nice irs fax header for authenticity ;)

Good Luck with the rest of it !!

Warmest Regards..
