Hey all-

We got notice that our I-129F was approved yesterday from CSC!! Great news.

We only waited 67 days, no RFEs! (I was getting jealous looking at how fast VSC had been pumping out approvals.)

I just wanted to say thanks for the support from the site. I basically followed the K1 guide to the letter for my petition. I also looked at the tips on the USCIS website about putting the package together. I put my photos in ziploc bags stapled to white pieces of paper. I put tabs at the bottom of the pages so the adjucator could quickly find what they were looking for. Etc... I included a lot of evidence- but not an insane amount. About 6 different pictures. We have met four times in the past year, so I had plenty of boarding passes, hotel receipts, rental car reciepts, etc... The one unorthodox I sent was pictures of us standing on the court of an NBA game, with photocopies of the ticket stubs and the receipt for purchase showing the exact date of the game... (I'm not saying that's what got us quick approval- just saying... ;)

I'm flying out again on Friday to Japan to visit for a week! It's going to be such a great trip knowing that we got approval for this first part! Now on to the consulate!

Thanks again- and good luck to those that are still waiting for their NOA2s!

Improved USCIS Form G-325A (Biographic Information)
