Can someone please tell me what package 4 conisists of?

The content varies in different countries. I got a few forms to fill out and instructions for the medical exam. I got the following forms: DS156, DS156K, FS257a, and DS157. It also contains instructions as to what you should bring to the interview.

I think mew is talking about Packet 3.

Packet 4 typically has your interview date and details about the medical.

packet 4 contains the interview date.... and....i dunno. But that is the most relevant thing for me

-Reminders about bringing the $100 fee, your various documents, passport, passport photos, etc.

-tells you that you'll need an updated signed letter from your fiance/fiancee saying that he/she is still willing and able to marry you

Nope, that's what I had in the Packet 4 I got. And yes, the interview date came in it too.
