Hey - here's hoping you're right! It's not really that I'm expecting the worst. I'm just going by what we've seen so far. We haven't heard of increased staff at CSC or seen any sign that they have a clue (or any sign of life either). If the workload has been lifted by transferring other petitions to other locations so they could process I-129Fs, we certainly have not seen the impact of that yet. I don't think they transferred all of us to #### us. But clearly they didn't have a well thought plan (any plan) for any of this. After all, if they did, we would not be in this predicament to begin with. Also, it was not unheard of to wait 6 months for an approval before IMBRA. So I think you can see why I am planning on September - if it comes any earlier, it will be a great surprise, right? But for now, I have zero confidence in CSC.

Kitkat I had already told my fiance that I am thinking September or maybe even October for our NAO2 (our NOA1 date is April 17). I have been watching who has been getting approvals lately, and also considered the additional slowdown caused by the reorg. I think it is unlikely that we will see a flurry of approvals after they have had a few weeks to process RFEs. I expect a slow ramp up over the next several months, with CSC getting back to some sort of normalcy in 3 or 4 more months.

I tend to be a bit negative at times, but looking at how things have gone so far I think this is a reasonable expectation.

Ulinm your K1 has been molested?!?! HAHAHAHA

This was very fuuuuuuun!!!

Good vibes from Brazil to you guys!!!!

According to the brainiacs who answer the phone at CSC, they will take 30 days to process returned RFEs. Really, I don't think anyone has a clue what they are doing there. At this point, I don't expect to see an approval for my March 23 petition until September. . . .

I'm planning on having a combined wedding and retirement party. That should give them enough time.... 27 years.
