Your case can not be found at this time in My Case Status. Please check your receipt number and try again. If you need further assistance, please call the National Customer Service Center at 1.800.375.5283.

We got all the NOA for I-130, I-485 and I-765. We can check status for I-130 and I-765 online. Yesterday, we got an email from USCIS informing that my wife's EAD card was ordered. However, We always get the above message when we submit I-485 case number on USCIS website. Wonder if anybody has the same problem, and what should we do to get it online? We really need to know ahead of time, so we can be back in town for AOS interview. Both of us travel extensively on company's business trips.

Greatly appreciate.

Case status online is not a perfect science. Sometimes you won't see it appear online until after biometrics - but some folks have never seen them online at all. It doesn't mean anything is wrong - it just is.

This USCIS webpage states to contact the mis-information line 1-800-375-5283:Click here.

It also has some other good contact information. My second suggestion would be to make an infopass or call an ombudsman since your jobs require travel.

Thanks for your promptly responses, guys. We read a couple of threads here to find out that there are a few people have similar problems like ours. It makes us feel much better now that there is nothing too unsual with our case.

Thanks again.

Many people have this problem. In our case our I485 never showed up online til after we were approved.

Don't lose sleep over it, at least not this part. ;)
