Couple weeks ago while hiking in a new area (new to me anyway), I came across an abandoned barn with a collection of cars from like the 40's, also there was an old metal oil tank on it's side with a huge cluster of honey bees all fighting to get in and out the single pipe size opening.

No telling how much honey is in there but no doubt a lot.

Back at my place: it did seem like a number of my veg plants never got pollinated, I just chalked it up to lack of other flowers to attract them but who knows.... maybe Pat Buchanan is behind this whole thing.

This season was also pretty cold. That isn't so great for self-pollinators and so-so for pollinating bugs.
