Misread instructions and sent extra check

I recently filed my I-485 and I-765. However, I wrote a check for $1010 and $340, which it is now my understanding that I didn't need to send the $340 if filing the EAD with an AOS.

So what happens now? Are they going to send the whole thing back? Or cash the $1010 and send the $340 back?

Confused and need help. I filed these with the I-130 and the $355 was cashed yesterday, but that's it. Please help! Thanks.

I did the same. And USCIS just sent this extra check back to me with rejection of funds. No woories at all!

13 Oct, 2009 - AOS package sent (I485/I130+supporting documents)

14 Oct, 2009 - AOS package delivered: CHICAGO lockbox, IL 60680

21 Oct, 2009 - NOA's1 received, dated October 20,2009

22 Oct, 2009 - Checks cashed ($1,010 and $355)

26 Oct, 2009 - Biometrics letter scheduled on 12 Nov, 2009

29 Oct, 2009 - I-130 and I-765 touched

3 Nov, 2009 - Walk-in biometric done (Chicago)

4 Nov, 2009 - I-485 and I-765 touched

12 Nov, 2009 - Original bio appointment

11 January, 2010 - AOS interview(no updates online though)

4 December, 2009 - EAD approved.(card production ordered)

7 December, 2009 - EAD touched

9 December, 2009 - EAD card production ordered again

10 December, 2009 - EAD touched

14 December, 2009 - Approval of EAD e-mail

16 December, 2009 - EAD card in my mail

31 December - I-131,I-485 touches

11 January, 2010 - AOS Interview APPROVED!!!

12 January, 2010 - card production ordered (email updated)

14 January, 2010 - Got NOAs regarding I-130 and I-485 approvals

19 January, 20010 - GREEN CARD IN THE MAIL!!!!!!!!!!!!!
