Pakistan Country Specific K3 vs K1

Hi everyone, while I've done my research on benefits between the k1 and k3 visa, delving further into the statistics, I see, as far as I understand, (being a newbie) that according to stats on Pakistan, the K3 seems faster then the K1 by about 39 days. Is there something I am missing such as other processing times before the NVC stage?

CR-1 and K-3 if you're already married and your s/o is abroad.

K-1 if you are not married and she is your fiance, you plan on getting married within 90 days of her arrival to the U.S.

It all takes time through Pakistan, it really doesnt matter

K3 is little faster, I have personal experience . CR1 is better , but will take little more time. Have no idea about K1.

The k1 is was always so much faster than both spousal visa routes(k3 or CR1). Maybe the consulate schedules the K1's out further or something?

WOW, I just used the VJ timeline function and got the same results, just using petitions sent in this year; but of course,vj is a small percentage of petitions as a whole.

They do schedule k3's faster than k1's apparently. K1 average days is 133 and k3 is 104... only a few weeks. It still doesnt sound right though.

BUT the data is only for people who have been approved and assigned an interview date which skews the numbers. It's only about 20% of all petitions for both, and there is no way to know those individual cases.

USCIS has them listed as being processed at 5 months right now(5 months). The NVC "journey" is the same for both K visas, so theres no difference there.

When I was at the Islamabad embassy for my own Passport renewal, I met a guy doing the K1. It had been 11 months since he started the process. This was back in Feb, but my hubby and I applied for his I-130 in the last week of March and the 2nd week of April applied for his K3. Now we have our interview Scheduled for the last week of Oct. So, it seems to me in this case it was faster, but I didnt ask about any RFEs or anything that this guy may have had.
