i'm not sure about the prices but have you called around for other quotes? maybe you can find one cheaper. It's kind of like looking around for the best car insurance. Always call around and see where you get your best deal. Good Luck.

woooooooooww that so expencive , i had a Med Ex with her and she never charged me that much , , maybe u meant 1600Dh !!!! coz that is the real price , unless if u are under 25 yrs old then u will have some few extra Hundereds Dhs , but nor 3200DH, and for your son that is right price , look what the consulate says about the Med exam " Cost of Medical Exam? 1,600 MAD for men as of January 2009 if age is 25 or older. Under 25 add 600 MAD to the price. (Dr. Khadija Zirari)

This covers the costs of your chest x-ray (to check for TB) and the cost of 4 vaccines (DT/DTP/DTap, Polio/OPV/IPV, MMR, and Varicella).

Good luck

Yes this sounds way too expensive. I would call the other two doctors and ask as well.

Doesn't hurt just to call and ask.

Good luck to you with everything!

Make sure to get copies of your medical exam and vaccine record before you leave the office - you will need the vaccine record for AOS, and there's a possibility you might need the medical exam. I don't know about now, but when we applied in 2007, it seemed they were 'losing' quite a few medical exams. It's annoying to get RFE, be delayed, have to make an appointment, and spend hundreds of dollars, for something that was actually already done! We tried EVERYTHING to get his medical report after he got here, but ended up having to get it re-done anyway.

Best of luck!
