I am reading the instruction for sending my AOS papers.

I am very stressed to make a mistake....

I live in NYC and I came with K1 visa.

I thought I had to send AOS in Vermont but here is what the guides says.

When filing for Adjustment of Status K1 and K3 Visa holders are now required to submit their paperwork to the National Address (Chicago Lockbox) instead of at their local CIS office. This procedure became effective for all applicants in April 2005.

Please could anyone tell me the exact address I have to send my package?

I have to write the check, can u please tell me to whom I have to make it payble?

Is it correct the ammount of $1,010?

Last question! They ask for Certified Marriage Certificate? How do I get it certified?

Thank you

The address you send you package to depends on what service you're using. Page 6 of the Instructions will let you know what address to send it to, depending on whether you're using USCIS or some other courier service like (FedEx).

The check, for $1010 is payable to "Department of Homeland Security" (this is found on page 8).
