I moved to the US on a K1 visa. We are now married (woohoo) and are trying to get things together to file my AOS. I just have a question about the medical/vaccination bit. Obviously, I've had my medical and vaccinations done to get the k1 visa.. and so I assumed I just had to submit the copy of the vaccination record given to me by the physician. But now Im reading that I need to get it certified down here? Or something?

I'm confused, can someone explain this to me please:D

There's a whole thread (pinned) dedicated to this - it's relatively simple but check out the thread (it's a little long but has the information you're going to need).

U need to see a civil surgeon for additional vaccine, the surgeon will give you a sealed envelope (which is the I-693 form) that u will be needed for your AOS interview. Civil surgeon is the only person that can sign the I-693 .

What additional vaccine? The OP didn't mention anything about needing more vaccinations.
