We don't get COLA where I work, we get what they call "merit increases". But the merit increases tend to be in the same range regardless of your actual merit so... I think it's just a COLA in disguise. And yes, I got one back in March but it was tiny

I am hoping voters will know better when his term is up next time. Things ain't looking so hot for him now and you can smell the fear in the water here.
