Have anyone had a interview and didn't get an approve or denial? I had my interview on October 6 and after it was over i was told that i needed to get my medical examination done by the surgeon they recommended, and then return it to the office. I am a bit confuse.

08/24/2003 - Entered USA on F1 Visa

02/28/2009 - Got Married

07/03/2009 - Mailed AOS Package (F1 to Green Card) 130 485, 765, 130 to Chicago Lockbox

07/06/2009 - Package Received by USCIS

07/27/2009 - Package was return

07/28/2009 - Resend package

07/30/2009 - Package received by USCIS

08/06/2009 - Received NOA for 485, 130 and 765

08/20/2009 - Biometric appointment

09/08/2009 - Received Date for Interview October 06

7/15 - Package was delivered at 11am

7/15 - Date of NOA

7/19 - Check was cashed

7/19 - NOA letter was received

7/28 - Biometrics letter received, date- 8/23/2011

8/01 - Early Biometric was done

11/15 - Card Production ordered

11/19 - 10 years Green Card arrived.

i did my medical exam i didnt do it with the surgeon that they recommended.

There you go. It was your mistake. U cannot get yourself examined by anyone other than the listed Surgeons on the USCIS website. And to your original post, yes there are many that have been interviewed and haven't gotten any concrete answer for one reason or the other. Some lack documents, others get held up by back ground checks. I for one am one who has been waiting to hear for a decision for the last 3 months now.

ya we had our interview today and the officier was a bit confused that for K1 Visa we actually already had our completed medial ~~~ and we had to tell her the details and have her look through her files... if you had a medical done in your own country ~ then you shouldn't have to do it again as long as its within 1 year -)
