k1-My fiance is in France, but she is brazilian, SO.

I was wondering  if anyone has a fiance checklist from USAs embassy in france. I just want to get ready what ever she needs.(thinking ahead).

Next point:

i see that one suppose to filled out a form in regards my income. . Here is the problem! I work for cash. so of course I dont have a bank account. yesterday went to open and account and the teller called the manager and this calls the manager of managers. .... asking me a bunch of useless  questions, what do i do? and if i have a business ID. "NO" i said  . I work for cash "U SHOW CASH, I SHOW WORK" simple as that. "THATS HOW I ROLLED" i said.

Anyways, they didnt take my money because i need it to show where it came from. can anyone help me on this one?

PS: I didnt know all this immigration stuff. Im feeling like an Immigrant...LOL..

My fiance is French and he received the checklist from the US Embassy in Paris (a.k.a Packet 3 - which comes after your petition has been approved here). I can send you scanned copies of this..it's 4-5 pages.

Are you opening a bank account due to the Affidavit of Support requirement? I did not provide bank statements for my I-134 because I supplied letter of employment, paycheck stubs, retirement accounts and IRS tax transcript. I also satisfied the income requirement.
