Event Description

Embassy Review : Some interview questions asked but not all were similar to that of the first interview.

How did you meet?
When did you and she get engaged??
What was the date of her first visit?
Your fiancee's last visit was for 2 months, why didn't you get married?
Were you and your fiancee married before?
Why did you divorce?
Why did your fiancee divorce?
When was your divorce?
What did you do on during her last visit to India?
How does your family feel about the relation between you and your fiancee?
What does your fiancee do?
How often do you and your fiancee talk?
When was the last time you spoke to your fiancee?
Where are all the guest's? (Engagement photo)
Why are you placing a ring here on her finger? (Engagement photo)
Where did you go during her last trip?
What hotel did you stay at?

Overall, my fiance says this interview experience was very positive than in comparison than his first, and that the CO (not the same CO as the first interview)was firm in his tone, but respectful towards him.

At the end of the interview, the CO told him that he couldn't find any reason to refuse him a visa. My fiance asked him what was he to tell his fiancee (me) when he calls me after he leaves the Embassy? The CO looked at him and said, "Tell her you're approved, that you got your visa!!!"

My fiance replied; Sir, I hope you have a wonderful day... and I mean this from my heart! The Co smiled at him and nodded his head.

He told my fiance that he would get his passport with visa within a week!!

End of interview.

Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
