urgent k1 fiancee visa

It's been more than 10 days since I callled the us department of of state to get some information about my case and they told that us embassy in port au prince haiti has mailed packet 3.5 to my fiancee on september 30 and until now she never received it . I want to know if only the petitioner has the right to contact the embassy or my fiancee can call them to get some info about packet 3.5

Moved from K-3 to K-1 forum. :)

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

Mail delivery in parts of the world vary. My wife has been here more than a year and her Packet 3 has yet to arrive at our flat in Donetsk Ukraine. It is not needed and if you are waiting for it you are wasting time.

Download all the forms necessary from the webiste, the consulates OR this website and get moving. Anyone can do it.
