Hi!

Our I-129F petition was sent for a second time, we hope now, everything is OK, because the $455 cheque was chashed this time. My finace want to change his job. My question is: is this a negative influence for our case, before the interview?

09/19/2007- met online

01/05/2008-met in person in Romania

01/25/2009-met again in person in Romania, amazing 17 days together

01/26/2009-engaged

08/29/2009-I-129F sent

09/07/2009-RFE (missing the copy from the birth certification, and the divorce decree in romanian language) :((

09/29/2009-I-129F sent again, completed the missing things from the package

10/02/2009-NOA1 notice date, cheque cashed

10/18/2009-met again in Romania, beautiful 2 weeks together

01/06/2010-NOA2 notice date :)

I-129f was approved in 97 days from the NOA1 date

01/23/2010-packet 3 received

02/19/2010-medical examination OK

03/15/2010-interview, I got the visa in the passport !!!!!!

03/28/2010-US entry

05/11/2010-married

11/04/2010-I got the I-693 from the doctor, view my comment in my Timeline AOS section, it's intresting!

11/08/2010-AOS, EAD, AP package sent

no.... as long as the job maintains his ability to meet the financial support requirements

Yes, the new job will be same, that way the financial support will be not changed much

Dec 15,2009 - Assigned interview date on January 24,2010!!

Jan. 24, 2010 - Interview!! Approved

Jan. 28, 2010 - VISA received

Mar. 03,2010 - POE, New York (JFK)

Apr. 12,2010- CA ID

May 20,2010- CA Driving License

May, 25,2010-Wife told me that she is pregnant ^_^

Jan.25,2011- Our daughter was born

Lee and Jen + Karenza
