I inadvertently partiall destroyed the I-797C NOA form that USCIS sent us after submitting her I-751. Can we get a replacement? or can we at least check her status on line from the numbers we still have?

Thanks

is it the receipt notice? I don't think you can get another one - but if it becomes an issue ( green card expired ) then you can set up an infopass appointment to get a stamp in the passport, acts as a 'temp green card' whilst yer waiting for the Removal of Conditions to finish up.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Yes it's the receipt notice. I still retain the upper portion of the notice, where all the numbers are. But I don't remember if there's anything pertinent on the lower half of the notice. Like dates for anything. I think we'll receive a notice for biometrics yet, I don't think that was on the bottom of the receipt notice.

You have to wait for the biometrics appointment letter that has the proper numbers to check online. The one on the receipt doesn't work.

You should get the biometric appointment letter within 30 days of the receipt notice. If not call USCOS and ask for a service request.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Is this the correct place to check status once I've got the Biometrics number?

What about this website? https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/Dashboard.do

I have been using that since our K-1 visa & AOS. I am going to wait for my biometrics letter before inputting the receipt number in here. Is this a similar portal (or database) that will work just as well, too?
