AOS Question

Well my fiance came here with K-1 visa and i'm trying to complete Adjustment of Statues forms. I call UCIS today(and of course they are worthless) but a lady that i talked to she told me that i have to fill the form I-130. Is that true?

Also he completed his medical back home does he still have to do another one in here.(it has been within a year)

My othe question is a translated his birth certificate does it still have to be nautorized too?

I would really appreciate any help or sugestion.

you dont need the I 130 , but if your husband w3ants to travel before recieving the GC he would have to file for advanced parol wich is the I 131 , one advice even if he dont want to travel I would still file it since its alre3ady included in the price just like the work authorization ,

if his medical is still under a year old he dont have to go for another medical , just send in the vaccination transcript

when I did AOS I send my vaccination to DR arnold to be transcripted , but I dont know if he can do it if its not in english look on AOS forum the guide will give you DR Arnolds phone number you can give them a call
