Packet 3 for K3 and I130 at NVC

We have both visa's processing. NVC require fees for both IV and AOS, whilst Packet is sent out to me. For I130 when do NVC require my attorney to all them all the originals? Cause if I get interview for K3 before I130 interview, but the I130 petition is in UK can I ask them to flip? So that London have my originals when I go for the K3 interview?

NVC requires the originals when you send the DS-230 packet in once the IV bill has been accepted.

you have to pick your poison and pursue one. K3 requires your spouse to bring in the originals at the interview. If K3 is what you want to do, then dont pay the fee for AOS (I-130). Its always good to pursue I-130 as you get the green card as soon as spouse comes to US. FOr I-129 (K3) you will have to file for adjustment of status upon spouse's arrival, which will cost about a grand. I would say send in the original required docs for I-130, that means you will have to give up on K3. You will get all originals back when your spouse goes to the interview.
