interview in the embassy

hi all

i'm new on this great web site but from what i seen its so helpfull site everyone on here want to help i can tell , so please i'm on k3 visa i got the letter from the american embassy in cairo which call package 4 telling me about my interview date then they called me telling me that the date changed to other day in the same month and e mailed me the new date but i'm worried to not be able to get access on there and not let me enter cause the letter i have has the old date so what i should do ? another question is there any time line for getting the visa after the interview done ? thanks to all , good luck to everybody.

i wish u the best in your interview in sha ALAH

as of ur concerns

u will need to just print the Email ..and take ur old Interview date letter with u

and when asked there u will let the man know abt the change and they should u in normally

as of ur second Question

every case is different ,,,some take the visa after approval by a week -10 days ,,,

some stay longer up to 8 Months in some cases if they have concerns ......

so dot be worried ...have confident in ur self and all ..

Also the guards outside the embassy should have a list of names of interviews scheduled for that day "the new interview date for you"

By chance, did you get the name of the person who called you? If so, tell the guards, and they can phone the embassy to confirm your suppose to be there that new day. Best wishes.

This happened to Ahmed today also, but he got a phone call not an email or letter. What should he use when he has his interview?
