WHAT CAN I DO NOW? I HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY ADOBE

I DOWN LOAD MY DS230 HERE ONLINE AND FILL UP THE FORM AND PRINT IT, THE PROBLEM

EVERY TIME I WILL PRINT ITS EMPTY, ONLY THE FORM WILL APPEAR, BUT THE ONE I WROTE THERE

IN THE BLANK PAGE IS NOT INCLUDED

I TRY ALSO TO SAVE AS, BUT EVERY TIME I SAVE AS, IT WILL GO TO MICROSOFT WORDS, THEN WHEN I OPEN IT TO CHOOSE PROGRAM IT WILL NOT READ..

AND ALSO I TRY TO SAVE FIRST THE FORM AND FILL UP THEN PRINT. BUT THE SAME.. EMPTY NOT INCLUDED THE ONE I WRITE THERE.. GRRRRRRRRRRR

Hi She, I also encountered that problem before and I used another computer to print and fill up the DS-230. You cannot save the DS-230 with answer already, it can't save.

The form is designed to not allow you to save any data that you type in it, stupid I know. Also you can't save a PDF as a word document. I can't explain the problem you are having printing.

Here is a solution for you.

Go to http://primopdf.com and download the trial version of Nitro PDF Editor. It will allow you to put text into the fields and save the form while retaining the text.

You can save the document on your computer, then fill it out, and save your work. Make sure you have the latest version of Adobe installed on your computer. I still have copies of all the pdf's I filled out and sent in.

hey shiela, i download the ds230 and fill it in the open window and after filled in then i just print and it worked, good luck, abby n sheryl

If they use the copy in the link I posted, they will retain an electronic version should anything change in the meantime... they can email it and print here or there...

You can download foxit reader. HERE. You can save the PDF and less hassle unlike Adobe. This works for me and this was the one we used on filling out the forms.

There is something there that would says print here if I remember it right.
