Ok so I had a couple of questions. My fiance lives in Saudi Arabiia and he filled out the Form g325a. he sent me two copies, but i saw that it needs to be 4 copies. the new form only has one copy. so is it ok to send the 2 copies or is it mandatory to send 4 copies. has anyone gotten rejected by sending just one copy. please help me on this because i am going crazy. i want to call a uscis office to make sure. so where can i call. i live in houston, tx. should i call a local office or should i call the 1-800 toll free number. please please please please help..

also another question is that we have our letters of declaration. that one page letter declaring that we have met int he past 2 years. i have pictures and stuff and everything. he sent me his boarding passes and his ticket an stuff and i have my itenary is that ok. i lost my boardng pass but i have my online ticket. is that ok to send. but my main question is does the letter of declaraton have to be the same. i mean its the same content but one is form his side and one is from my side is that correct. we need to letters or do we need one? i am confused. i know we need two orginal statements of leters of intent but what abt the letters of declaration. is one ok or do we have to have two . please help me out on this one. and if we do need two then is it ok that i have a copied signature of his. meaning he signed the letter than scans me a copy of the letter with his signature. meaning the signature is a copy.. i really need help. i am planning on sending out my package by the end of his week but i want to make sure i have all the information correct so that they dont send me anything to resend them.

i have lived witout my fiance for too long now any more distance btween us is torture.. i know all of u have gone through this crraze so pplease i would really apperciate with some advice and also the answers to my questions. thank you eveeryone ahead of time and i am really sorry for the bad wwriting i am just really freaking out because i feel really bad that my fiance has to send all this stuff over to me all overr agan and its anotheer waiting timee.

I believe everything needs to be original signatures they dont accept copys of signatures, its possible you could get RFE for it but you might not too if they dont notice.

Send everything you have for evidence the more the better.

For form G325A i THINK you can send 1 of them for him and 1 for you.. if it is the new form. If it is the old form you HAVE to send 4 copys from him and 4 copys from you. With 2 passport pictures of him with his forms and 2 passport pictures of you with your forms.

Someone may have more info tho on the new forms, I just sent 4 of the G325A for AOS anyways just incase.

Itineraries are no good. You need passport stamps, boarding passes, receipts from hotels along with the photos and other stuff.

but my main question is does the letter of declaraton have to be the same. i mean its the same content but one is form his side and one is from my side is that correct. we need to letters or do we need one? i am confused.

Yes you are confused since there is no requirement for letters of declaration. Read the Guides.

i know we need two orginal statements of leters of intent but what abt the letters of declaration. is one ok or do we have to have two .

All that is required is about two sentences placed in the box on Question 18. Describe very simply how you met within the last two years.

please help me out on this one. and if we do need two then is it ok that i have a copied signature of his. meaning he signed the letter than scans me a copy of the letter with his signature. meaning the signature is a copy.. i really need help. i am planning on sending out my package by the end of his week but i want to make sure i have all the information correct so that they dont send me anything to resend them.

2 G-325as should be fine. Seems like the new one is 2 pages and there have been several VJers reporting successful peitions with two copies.

Itineraries are not accepted. Send what you have. His primary evidence and the photos may be enough.

There is no such thing as "letter of declaration of meeting" or whatever. So you do not need it at all. There is an answer to question 18, describe how you have met in person. This requires an answer from you, the petitioner and nothing from the benficiary. It does not need to be "signed" any more than your answer to "Name". You DO need a letter of intent, signed by both, that states you intend to get married within 90 days of his arrival in the United States. There is a sample letter here you can use. If this "declaration ALSO states you will get married within 90 days, that is OK also for that purpose.
