When will NVC send my case to Consulate?

Hi all

My case just got completed wid NVC on 30 SEPT ... so when will they let me know about interview date? how long do they usually take? October has no more interview dates as told my NVC so is it possible in NOV?

IR-1/CR-1

2008-12-24 - Marriage
2009-03-12 - I-130 Approved
2009-05-29 - Pay IV Bill
2009-09-30 - Case Completed at NVC
2009-10-14 - Packet 4 Received
2009-11-16 - Interview Date

Interview Result - Approved
2010-01-09 - US Entry
Port of Entry - JFK

Lifting Conditions

CIS Office - Vermont Service Center
Date Filed - 2011-10-08
Date Approved - 2012-07-30
Green card received - 2012-08-01

Citizenship

N400 filled - 2013-08-09
NOA - 2013-08-12
Biometrics -2013-09-05

soon....they will have to set up the date with ur embassy and then they will forward the actual file....u can keep calling them...it sud be within a week or so...

You should get correspondents from them soon; could be in a week or so. You can also call them to get the information.

generally they assign interviews on 2nd week of every month but it's always up to them. Good Luck

26-JUNE-2009: Received 2-year Greencard in the mail!
17-May -2012: Received 10-year Greencard in the mail! No interview!

22-May -2013: Citizenship interview - Approved

My case was completed on 17 SEPT and we received interview letter on 28 SEPT stating that interview will be on 3rd NOV and case has been forwarded to US EMBASSY . So pray for me either plz ...

im just anxious to know the date of interview because i dun wanna it to be around 1st week of December as i have some commitments already...and yes they are important as well... so im praying i get it either middle of november or december

i hope mine is like that! i'd love one in november and i am ALMOST at case complete now!
