Has anyone here got married abroad and divorced and married abroad again??? what waiver do i need ? If you have married abraod 2 times let me know i need to talk to you.

you don't "get" one... you write a statement about the background regarding your situation and end it with "I hereby request a waiver from the multiple filing limitation......." or something like that

It looks like you have recovered from your recent situation from a month or so back and are back in the saddle.....

The IMBRA Filing limitations most definately apply to all K visa's. Do your research if you are thinking about doing this!!
