I'm filling out my G-325A (beneficiary), and I'm wondering if I can send the completed form via email to my fiance to print out, or should I print it out here, fill it in, then send it by snail mail?

Also, if I make copies (in case something gets lost in the mail during the visa process), are the copies good enough if they need to be sent in again? Or would I have to print them and fill them out by hand again?

Probably silly questions, but I'm sure there are lots of people around VJ who second guess every move they make. ;)

Fill it out online and print 4 copies, sign them all and snail mail them to the petitioner.

Fill out the PDF, save it and email that to her. Have her print off 4 copies for each 'pack' you want (such as the USCIS pack, your pack, her pack, backup pack). Anything that might have been to long to enter in the computer, have her hand write. Have her sign all copies with original signature and then snail mail them back to you. Same can be done with the I-129f too. copies of the signature are not 'good enough', only original signatures are for the I129f and G325a.

Some countries have slightly different sized paper than us, it is accepted.

**Why to have her send you copies she would use for 'her pack'? Because you will use them to make an exact replica of what you sent the USCIS to send to her for her 'pack'. Cover letter and all. That way you and she both have exactly what you sent in the first time, all with original signatures in case anything is lost or messed up in the process.

And, whatever you do, make sure you keep copies of your NOAs. You'll need those for your AoS. :)

More copies = better.
