Congrats ..I am anxiously waiting as well.

Got a text message last night around 10:30 CST stating that they've received my RFE and resume processing..God please help..

2009-09-30 -> I-129 Approved

2009-09-30 -> I-130 Approved

-------NVC----------

2009-10-14 -> NVC Received

2009-10-15 -> Received/Sent DS-3032

2009-10-15 -> Received/Paid I-864 Bill

2009-10-19 -> Send I-864 Packet

2009-10-26 -> NVC Received DS-3032

2009-10-28 -> Receive/Pay IV Bill Pay

2009-10-29 -> Send DS-230 (Overnight)

2009-10-30 -> NVC Received (DS-230) 11:00 AM

2009-11-03 -> NVC Entered DS-230 in system.

2009-11-09 -> Received email requesting DS-230....

2009-11-12 -> Log in to Consular Electronic App Center failed!!

2009-11-13 -> Case complete

2010-01-12 -> Rescheduled from [2010-01-25] Interview [Approved]

2010-01-14 -> Pick up passport.

2010-01-17 -> Depart

In a few days time you will be approved, keep positive your so close to your approval :thumbs: Although I would wait for the post as mine still says On the 18th we recieved your response.. No approval on there I just kept note of my touches, and sure enough yesterday I got the approval letter..

Just when I remembered the lord almighty above, they tocuhed my file. THe last update is now 09/30/2009. God is this it??!!! Not sure what I'll do..Probably cry..or run around nacked..

Claire - did you say that your online status hasn;t changed even after the approval? Does it still show in "Request for evidence" stage?

That is indeed correct.. Even now it still says Request for evidence recieved.... That touch could be your approval.. Keep an eye on your mailbox..

When did they receive your reply? If it was a few days ago that touch probably was your approval... :thumbs:

06/17/11 - Walk-in Biometrics(for June 23rd)

06/23/11 - Transferred to CSC

07/20/11 - EAD card production;AP approved

07/28/11 - Received combo card EAD/AP in the mail

10/18/11 - Green card/document production

10/24/11 - Green Card in hand! to God be the glory!

Removal of Conditions Timeline:

07/17/2013 - Sent I-751 package

07/22/2013 - NOA1

08/09/2013 - Walk-in biometrics (for August 23rd)

10/31/2013 - Card production

11/07/2013 - Green card in hand! to God be the glory!
