I think there are many factors are involving when this happens. Your country is one of them. Moldova's population less than 5million helps in your case! But who cares it's approved and enjoy it!!!

My IR1 was approved in 9 days. No issues here from that.

I say run like hell with NOA2 and count your blessings!!! Congrats on NOA 2. :dance::dance:
